Payment Terms and Conditions (Example)
You agree to comply with all guidelines, instructions, operating rules, policies, and instructions regarding the purchase of products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, issued by us. You are deemed to have acknowledged and are bound by any such changes upon their publication on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions will apply only to orders and payments made by you and the Seller.

You agree to pay for the Products using a legally valid credit or debit card.
You agree not to cancel subsequent payments unless the order between you and the Seller does not comply with the agreement, the Products are not delivered, or the Products you receive are materially different from the description you received from the Seller, as determined by the Seller.
You acknowledge that refunds for successful payments will only be made if the Seller has agreed and notified you of their intention to refund.
You acknowledge that all refunds will be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
You acknowledge that refunds cannot be guaranteed to arrive in your account on time. Payment processing may take time and depends on the individual bank and/or payment service provider processing the refund.
